Annual Community Association Dues
Thank you for your support of the Stoneleigh Community Association (SCA) and of the volunteers who donate their time and effort to keep Stoneleigh a great place to live. Your annual Community Association dues are $50 annually and fund a wide range of community initiatives and projects such as:
- Greening and Recycling - tree pruning, tree plantings and beautification efforts (e.g., York Road strip)
- Citizens on Patrol - activities and equipment
- Neighborhood communications like the association’s website, distribution of flyers, new neighbor welcome event
- Community-wide children’s events – Halloween Parade, Breakfast with Santa, Easter Egg Hunt and more
SCA Dues are voluntary (yet required to join the pool and vote at the SCA Annual Meeting) and essential to help maintain our community as one of the most desirable in Baltimore County. The SCA counts on the financial support and participation of our residents to make Stoneleigh a vibrant place to live.
Most neighbors pay their dues with their Pool Membership as SCA dues
have been required for all types of Resident Pool Memberships for many
years. One's membership is good through the next Annual Meeting
(typically end of February). While this doesn't align with the calendar
year, an SCA membership covers March - February (even if paid as late
as May with one's pool membership.)
To Pay your 2026 Dues:
- Residents (Pool Members): If you register for the Stoneleigh Pool season, please do not use this form. You will pay your dues when you complete your pool membership registration online. THANKS!
- Residents (Non-Pool Members): Please complete and submit the online form below. If you would prefer to pay by check, please download this pdf and return it with your check payable to Stoneleigh Community Association. 821 Hatherleigh Road, Baltimore, MD 21212.
